A few years ago, I’d written a piece explaining why voting was a waste of time in the US. You see, I reasoned that voting is a way of having human societies buy-in into their government and agree to be ruled over by way of governance, giving up control, and also agreeing to “majority rule” in advance, meaning no matter how you voted, you agree to whatever the outcome. Still, I asked how can anyone agree to a result in advance that they are yet to know?
